Enid Escapes operates and /or conducts room escape team building experiences. The Participant, by executing his or her signature to this Release, agrees to the following:

1. I agree to observe and obey all posted rules and warnings and will follow any oral instructions or directions given by Enid Escapes staff.

2. I recognize that there are certain inherent risks associated with the above described activity, and I assume full responsibility for personal injury to myself and, if applicable, to my family members, and further release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Enid Escapes, its officers, members, promoters, owners, employees, contractors, or business partners (collectively hereafter referred to as “Associates”) for any injury, loss, liability, or damage resulting from or arising from my or my family’s use, presence, and participation in the Enid Escapes facilities and experience, whether caused from the fault of myself, my family, other participants, Enid Escapes Staff, or other third parties.

3. I agree to assume full responsibility pay for all damages to the Enid Escapes facility caused by me or my family’s negligent, willful, or reckless activity.

4. I agree to indemnify and defend Enid Escapes against all claims, causes of action, damages, judgments, costs, or expenses, including attorney’s fees and other litigation costs, which may in any way arise from my or my family’s use of or presence upon the Enid Escapes facilities.

Furthermore, the Participant, on behalf of his personal representatives, assigns, heirs, and next of kin, does hereby release any and all claims, damages, injuries, incurred by the Participant in regards to the participation in such events. The undersigned further acknowledges that he/she is voluntarily participating despite the risk of falls, direct or indirect contact with other participants, defective equipment, and the condition of the rooms and facilities.

Participant, in consideration of being permitted to participate in the escape room experience/ event, acknowledges the risks and hazards involved in and arising from the attending, participating in, or as a spectator or bystander of any room escape experience /event, but not limited to the additional risks of being hit by flying objects, falling, and does for himself or herself, his or her heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, release and forever discharge Enid Escapes and their Associates and from any and every claim, demand, action or right of action, of whatsoever kind or nature, either in law or in equity arising from or by reason of any bodily injury or personal injuries known or unknown, death and / or property damage resulting or to result from any accident which may occur as a result of participation in an escape room experience/ event whether by negligence or nonnegligence or from any and all other incidents of harm and /or illwill.

Warnings: You are warned that there may be lasers and laser radiation that could cause injury if any person were to look at it directly with the naked eye, and we therefore strongly advise against this behavior. Blacklight and/or Strobe Lights may also be used in our rooms, and any medical or mental health conditions that could cause a reaction with such light should be brought to the attention of the Enid Escapes Staff immediately and definitely before entering any room or engaging in any activity. Other objects in the rooms could cause harm if mishandled or misused, therefore we ask all guests to refrain from doing anything that may cause harm or injury to themselves or others. I understand the risks involved with participating as a spectator or participant, and assume all risks associated with participating in an escape room experience/ event.

I agree that Enid Escapes or any of its assignees has the right to use my name, likeness, and/or company name on social media marketing and on its website, any photos, or any video/sound footage of me during the escape room experience/event. These photos, video footage, and sound materials may also be used for any marketing purposes.

Photography and audio/video recording is prohibited inside our game rooms. If you break our digital recording rules, you will be terminated from the game and forfeit any entrance fees, and you will be required to hand over your cellphones and cameras to our Staff and delete any digital recordings before you leave our premises.

I fully understand that there are no refunds under any conditions once I purchase my entrance fee.

By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read, agree, and are bound to the terms and conditions set forth on the Enid Escapes Participant Release and Waiver Agreement.
